| 2. | You are not allowed to sign up if your site contains any kind of materials which violate any applicable laws. No other game toplists or sites with only sex or paid links are allowed. |
| 3. | No cheating is allowed. You will NOT use Hit bots, and unique hit generators to give you an unfair advantage over other sites. So Trade Fair! |
| 4. | Pop-up windows with your GameTop URL loaded are allowed, as long as it's resizable (NO fixed width/height window without a scrollbar etc). Do NOT trick or mislead your visitors to vote for your site. |
| 5. | One Pop-up window is allowed per site. |

You must not use odd titles! "YoUr GaMe SiTe", "-=Your Game Site=-" and "Y O U R - G A M E - S I T E" is not accpeted. Use capitals normally. |
| 7. | When your Site have no hits in 1 month, your Account removed automatical. |
| 8. | New users will be added to our mailinglist. |
| 9. | You agree that the webmaster of this website have the right to remove, edit or move any site at any time. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster. |
